Athens & Oglethorpe County, Georgia
Where quality becomes the standard.
A locally owned property care crew handling everything from weekly lawn care to full land clearing — so your property looks the way it was meant to.
Built on hard work, integrity, and attention to detail.
At Tanglewood Property Services, we’re proud to be a locally owned and operated small business serving the greater Athens community. Our mission is simple: help our neighbors take pride in their properties and enjoy them the way they were meant to be.
We specialize in full-service property care — from lawn and landscape maintenance to property cleanups, invasive species removal, landscape installations, and junk and debris hauling. Whether it’s keeping a lawn pristine week to week or bringing an overgrown property back to life, we build a reliable solution around each client’s property.
What sets us apart
With over three decades of combined experience in landscape maintenance and property services, our team understands plant health, turf management, and long-term property care. Our background spans horticulture, certified arboriculture, and commercial pesticide application — a science-backed, detail-oriented approach to every property.
Great service goes beyond the work itself.
Always on time
Showing up on time, every time — your schedule matters as much as ours.
Clear communication
We talk you through the plan from the first call through the final walkthrough.
Respect for your land
We treat every property as carefully as we’d treat our own.
Your needs first
You’re not another stop on a route — you’re a client we build a relationship with.
